Emma Edwardson has spent over 20 years working at the highest levels of the showjumping world — as a rider, groom and owner. She has seen first hand the psychological toll that the elite equestrian sport takes on its people.

Having nearly completed an MSc in Organizational Psychiatry & Psychology, Emma brings academic rigour to the questions the industry has long avoided addressing.
